Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Putnam Valley Central School District or by a Bid Bond for a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, conditioned as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. All bid security, except those of the three low bidders will be returned within ten days after proposals are submitted. The bid security provided by the three low bidders will be returned after the execution of the Trade Contract.
